HBLF-EY Equitable Workplace Recognition
In 2025, the Equitable Workplace Recognition was awarded for the second time. This recognition was established by the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) and EY Hungary with the aim of creating a tradition and motivating companies to foster fair, inclusive, and sustainable workplace cultures.
The recognition is awarded to companies that demonstrate outstanding commitment and leadership in building a more equitable and inclusive work environment.
The Equitable Workplace Recognition is based on an objective and measurable evaluation framework that assesses various dimensions of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Criteria include gender representation across organizational levels, pay equity, and the concrete steps companies take to ensure fair practices and long-term succession planning — with special attention to the advancement of women in leadership.
The following companies were awarded in 2025:
Equitable Workplace Recognition winners:
- Magyarországi Bosch csoport
- MVM Csoport – MVM Services Zrt.
- Procter & Gamble Magyarország
- Yettel Magyarország Zrt.
Equitable Workplace Recognition - Outstanding Category winners:
- Borsodi Sörgyár
- bp Magyarország
- Generali Biztosító Zrt.
- Michelin Hungária Kft.
- Shell Hungary Zrt.
- Tesco Globál Áruházak Zrt.

The evaluation process places strong emphasis on objective indicators that assess both the practices supporting a equitable workplace culture and their actual impact.
Starting from 2025, the Equitabel Workplace Award will be announced every two years, providing participants with the opportunity to further develop their internal processes using targeted tools — and to achieve even stronger results in the field of workplace equity.
