"There are nearly 8.000 companies whose strategic management is carried out by a board of directors in Hungary. Board membership is a responsible position and has significant influence on the company's future. Future members must be well prepared.

The HBLF Board-level Program fills the gap. It helps prepare the next generation of board members and connects them with recognised experts from other sectors, national and international top decision-makers. It also supports companies in complying with the EU Directive on gender balance on boards.

Through the programme, participants will learn effective leadership solutions, important professional competencies, understand board roles and responsibilities through authentic and inspiring speakers.

How to apply to the BOARD-LEVEL PROGRAM?

Candidates with:

•Min. 3 years experience at senior management level or

•Candidate for the Board of Directors or

•Member of Board of Directors

•Committment to personal progress

At the end of the one-year programme, participants will receive a certificate.
