Bencsik Edit

Edit is a music‑believer and a businesswoman with heart, after Andersen and EY she currently serves as Head of Europe Marketing at TCS. She joined TCS in 2006 and brings 20+ years of experience across management, communication, business development, and government relations, including leading “Beyond Business” initiatives in Diversity, Sustainability, and CSR.

Edit is active in the business community as a Board Member‑at‑Large at AmCham Hungary, member of the HBLF Women’s Business Leaders Committee and ABSL Women Together Network. She holds a Master’s in Economics & Communication (University of Szeged) and an MBA (Esidec Metz, France).

Committed to developing future leaders, Edit mentors in the HBLF X Mentor Program and supports wider initiatives such as ABSL’s Women Together Mentoring Program. She is known for connecting people and building momentum through partnerships.

Why would you like to join the HBLF International X Mentor Programme?

I'd like to join the HBLF X Mentor initiative to share my experience, support emerging leaders with honesty and empathy, and help them grow with confidence and clarity.

Have you had a mentor or have you mentor before? What has it given to you? 

Mentoring, to me is a result-oriented partnership on trust, honest feedback and action. I see mentoring as mutual learning: we translate experience into options, set clear next steps, and hold each other accountable. ... hope not only me but my mentee feels the same:)
