Over 25 years of experience in leading transformations, leadership development and HR management. Joined EY in 2000, currently leading EY’s People Consulting practice for Europe Central.
During my career I have worked across multiple geographies, most of my leadership roles and projects having an international reach. I served as a member of different executive boards of EY (including 90 countries in EMEIA), have built a new EY service offering regionally and contributed to the advancement of a lot of EY colleagues, many to partner level and various leadership roles.
With my combined experience in business acumen, leadership, consulting and prior experience as an HR practitioner I support clients in solving complex business challenges, beyond the HR agenda.
During my career in summertime also took some time off over 5 years for volunteering in the Serious Fun camps and continuously try to give to communities in different ways, in different life stages.
My purpose is helping people and organizations move forward. I am passionate about the new, the forward looking and bold developments!
Why would you like to join the HBLF International X Mentor Programme?
I have been a Mentor multiple times in the HBLF X mentor program and I truly believe this is a unique opportunity for both parties to learn and grow.
I believe that in our careers we go through different states: at first we "Learn", than we "Do", later comes when we start to "Guide" and having sufficient experience we "Shape". With the experience behind me I feel I can shape the direction of organizations and individuals and I would be delighted to share what I have learnt about myself and others throughout my career.
Have you had a mentor or have you mentor before? What has it given to you?
I had numerous mentors in the past, one in particular staying with me over my 25+ years career, others contributing at different stages. The experience has always given me self-reflection and new ideas - some which I did not use immediately, but they returned to me in years.
