My name is Zsófia Linczmayer, and I have been working at KPMG as an Associate Partner since 2023. As a business line leader, I am responsible for several advisory areas, including corporate treasury advisory, AI advisory, controlling advisory, and managed services, the latter of which I also oversee at the CEE level.
Earlier in my career, I worked in the corporate sector, holding various leadership roles at MOL Group, where I led and supported multiple finance and operations teams — from smaller, strategically focused units to large-scale operational areas. At the very beginning of my career, I gained my first professional experience in the banking sector.
As a leader, it is especially important for me to operate and set an example based on values I truly believe in. These include, among others: diversity, equality, inclusion, respect, transparent communication, collaboration, goal orientation, recognition, approachability, and excellence. I believe that building a value-driven culture is the responsibility of all of us — and even more so as leaders.
Mentorship and supporting talented women is particularly close to my heart, because everyone needs guidance, encouragement, and a supportive presence at certain stages of their career. I know firsthand how much it can mean when someone helps you stay grounded during challenging periods — I experienced this myself as a mentee.
I am a mother of two daughters, and I love spending my free time with them. Beyond that, nature, sports, and photography are the activities that recharge me the most.

Have you had a mentor or have you mentor before? What has it given to you?
I've been a mentor and mentee as well multiple times. Both roles contributed to my personal development and I particularly like helping others navigating in their challenges.
