My journey has been nothing short of a captivating odyssey, from Greece to Bulgaria to Serbia and then to Hungary!
 
It all began back in the early '90s when I took my first steps into the world of sales as a humble Sales Representative at Athenian Brewery in Greece. Little did I know that this would mark the inception of an illustrious career in the FMCG sector. As the years unfolded, so did my ambition. Guided by a thirst for knowledge and a drive for excellence, I pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor's in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and later, a Master's in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Macedonia.
 
Armed with newfound knowledge and fueled by determination, I ventured into the dynamic realm of Heineken NV, where I ascended the ranks with each passing year. From spearheading sales units to pioneering strategic initiatives, every role was a chapter in my story of growth. The pinnacle of my professional journey came with my tenure as Managing Director. From orchestrating market expansions in Bulgaria, to managing Covid disruption in Serbia and orchestrating transformative strategies in Hungary, each assignment presented its own set of challenges and triumphs, shaping me into the leader I am today. Yet, beyond the boardrooms and corporate strategies, it was the projects and people development focus that truly defined my legacy.
 
My journey culminated in the hallowed halls of INSEAD, where I honed my skills through the Heineken International Management Development Course. Here, amidst the picturesque landscapes of Fontainebleau, I delved into the realms of finance, marketing, and organizational behavior, further enriching my expertise. Today, as I reflect on the milestones crossed and the challenges overcome, I am reminded of the unwavering passion and relentless pursuit of excellence that have propelled me forward. And as the story continues to unfold, I am eager to embark on new adventures, shaping the future of the beverage industry one innovation at a time.
