Developed the new positioning, brand identity and managed the rebranding project of MBH Bank across all retail and digital channels.

I strongly believe that continuous learning is one of the most important responsibilities of a leader. By being a mentor I can give back from my professional expert and career experience to a mentee. With 7 years of leadership experience, I have learnt that growth never stops.

I have had a mentor during my career, and her impact was significant. looking back, the most important foundation of a successful mentoring relationship was trust. Once it's established, honest conversations become possible, that is where real development might happen.
