CoEFFICIENT Festival 2025 – Equitable Workplace Recognition Presented
For the second time, the Equitable Workplace Awards were presented, an initiative launched by the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF) and EY Hungary with the aim of setting a tradition and providing motivation. The award recognizes companies that set outstanding examples in creating a fairer, more inclusive, and more sustainable workplace culture.
The Equitable Workplace Award is granted based on an objective, measurable set of criteria that examine the dimensions of diversity, inclusion, and equity. Among other things, it evaluates gender ratios across organizational levels, pay gaps, and the conscious steps companies take toward fairer operations and succession planning – with particular focus on the advancement of women in leadership.
In 2025, eleven companies received the Equitable Workplace Award, founded by HBLF and EY Hungary.
Recipients of the Equitable Workplace Recognition:
- Bosch Group Hungary
- MVM Group – MVM Services Ltd.
- Procter & Gamble Hungary
- Yettel Hungary Ltd.
Equitable Workplace Award – With Distinction:
- Borsodi Brewery
- BP Hungary
- Generali Insurance Ltd.
- Michelin Hungária Ltd.
- Shell Hungary Ltd.
- Tesco Global Stores Ltd.
- Uniqa Insurance Ltd.
The awards were presented during the CoEFFICIENT Festival, initiated by HBLF, with the participation of more than 30 domestic and international companies. The event took place at the Bosch Budapest Innovation Campus and was centred around fostering fair, inclusive, and sustainable workplace cultures – with over 200 participants in attendance.
The program included panel discussions, interactive workshops, and sessions promoting mental well-being. This year, the festival focused on the “Social” aspect of ESG – namely diversity, equity, opportunity creation, and social responsibility.
The goal of the event is for companies and organizations to jointly build more humane, fairer, and long-term sustainable workplaces – because creating impact together means more than trying alone.
"I sincerely congratulate the awarded companies, all of which set a strong example for the business sector,” emphasized Júlia Peterson, Partner at EY’s People Advisory Services.
“The CoEFFICIENT Festival is outstanding because it gives companies the opportunity to showcase their best practices and learn from one another. In today’s job market, companies are competing for talent, and those who can create truly fair and inclusive workplaces will succeed. This festival provides both inspiration and a framework for that,” said Andrea Istenesné Solti, President of HBLF.
Participants explored topics such as the role of faith and values in the workplace, neurodiversity, Roma inclusion, intergenerational collaboration, and the impact of leadership values on organizational culture.
