·       Signatory right of representation registration

-        Viktória Katalin Kerek, Board Member, Deputy Executive Director

-        Márta Szigeti Bonifertné and Bernadett Iker, Board Members, Deputy Directors, recall of section leader position

·       Recall of senior management position

-        recall of honorary director, Zsuzsanna Ránki (expiry of representation rights)

·       Change of leadership positions

-        nominate to section leader with no right of representation: Szilvia Varró and Andrea Solti Istenesné

-        recall of section leader: Bauer Zsolt, Gothárdi Ibolya

·       Renewal of the mandate of all remaining executive officers and election of new and remaining directors for a period of 5 years

Approval of the new HBLF Member companies – Biofilter Környezetvédelmi               Zrt.

If the GM does not have the quorum at the announced time, the repeated GM will be held with the same agenda, at the same venue at 15:30, December 12, 2018.
