Beáta Szörényi has been heading Sanofi’s Hungarian activity as country chair since last autumn. Before joining the company in 2012, she had gained experience at Coca-Cola, Sara Lee and LG Electronics.
„With HBLF and its activities we anticipate cooperation on the areas of corporate social responsibility, workplace diversity, women’s role at work and business integrity” – stated Beáta Szörényi referring to the exchange of best practices among member companies as one of the tangible benefits of the cooperation. The firm puts great emphasis on gender balance, both in decision-making and other positions. The proportion of women among managers and employees is particularly high in the Hungarian affiliate. |
