HBLF at the EU Platform of Diversity Charters 2023 Event

HBLF also participated in the EU Platform of Diversity Charters event held in Milan. The Hungarian Business Leaders Forum was represented by Zsuzsa Gardus and Enikő Csík. Our representatives returned home inspired and full of ideas: there are exciting new projects and collaborations with other countries on the horizon!

The event was organized by the EU Commission and the Italian diversity association, Fondazione Sodalitas. The program included many great seminars: for example, Doriana De Benedictis, Head of Diversity & Inclusion at EY Europe West, introduced EY's neurodiversity program that “focuses on highly skilled people who face serious challenges in finding or keeping a job due to work communication difficulties”. We could learn about the good practices of other countries, and the publication "D&I in the Workplace: Italian Companies Good Practices”, showcasing the best practices of 52 Italian companies in the field of D&I, was also presented.

The Diversity Charter EU Platform was established in 2010 at the initiative of the European Commission. The annual high-level forum and expert seminars offer an opportunity for the European Diversity Charters (currently 26) to exchange and share experiences and best practices more effectively.
