HBLF board member Ibolya Gothárdi and Erika Imreh, Global HR Manager at Trax Retail, spoke to Barbara Orosz and Péter Pachmann on TV2´s Mokka about the Diversity Charter and the 2024 HBLF Diversity Awards, of which Trax Retail is one of the winners.
Ibolya Gothárdi pointed out that the great advantage of the HBLF Diversity Awards is that SMEs can also apply and in some areas they can even outperform large companies, as Trax Retail did in the Mindset Changers category. Erika Imreh added how important diversity is also in the SME sector and hopes that their story can inspire other companies not to be afraid to start on this path, or if they have already started, to continue to develop in the field.
