The charter can be signed by
small, medium and large companies,
public institutions,
civil organisations and
embassies.
The organisation must have its registered office in Hungary. If your organisation is registered in another European country, please contact the diversity charter of that country.
The condition for signing is the acceptance of the text of the Diversity Charter Agreement, which the charter members confirm by signing the charter. Signatories to the charter actively participate in events organised by the European Diversity Charter Hungary, apply their best practices in their daily work and observe Diversity Day or Diversity Month. They use the charter logo at events held on Diversity Day or Diversity Month in accordance with the logo usage statement.
Joining is a simple three-step process:

The annual membership fee for joining the Charter is determined on an equitable basis, according to the type and size of the organization:
| Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) | 10.000 HUF |
| Organizations with up to 50 employees / revenue below 1 billion HUF | 50.000 HUF |
| Organizations with up to 2,500 employees / revenue between 1–50 billion HUF | 200.000 HUF |
