HBLF Diversity Award - 2024
A key part of HBLF’s mission is to promote in Hungary the responsible corporate governance practices and progressive management approaches that have already proven successful across Europe, making the organization a committed pioneer in the conscious management of workforce diversity.
Over the past decade, diversity management has become a key element of organizations’ sustainability and business strategies. Holders of the Diversity Award may use the recognition as a reference in their employer branding and CSR activities.
The award ceremony took place during the HBLF Year-End, Award and Charter Signing Gala, hosted at the Morgan Stanley headquarters.
All submitted applications demonstrated that creating inclusive and equitable workplaces is becoming increasingly important in the corporate sector year after year. It was fantastic to see so many creative initiatives promoting the principles of diversity!

- Diverse Organization of the Year 2024 – “Committed” category Grand Prize: Danone
- Diverse Organization of the Year 2024 – “Pioneers” category Grand Prize: SAP
- Diversity for Society Award 2024 winner: Eaton
- Diversity Ambassador Award 2024 was granted by the jury to Boglarka Szentpetery
- Éva Hegyesiné Orsós, former Managing Director of the HBLF-Romaster Alapítvány, received the HBLF Lifetime Achievement Award
