The Diversity Charter Year-End Celebration at Eaton provided a professionally enriching, community-building experience.

At the last event of the year, we reviewed the results of the past year, thanked the working group leaders for their dedicated work, and said goodbye to the outgoing members of the Charter Advisory Board, while also introducing the new members.

The evening was opened by Andrea Istenesné Solti, president of

HBLF, and Julianna Kulczycki, head of Eaton Hungary, followed by Zsuzsa Gárdus and Enikő Ujvári, who summarized the successes of 2025 and current events in the European Union. With the help of EY, we presented the lessons learned from the Equitable Workplace 2025 competition and the best practices of companies that received outstanding ratings. Led by Veronika Tóth, Alexandra Fehér (Shell), Gabriella Paksi (bp), and Nikoletta Zsíros-Kamenicky (Yettel.Hungary) shared their experiences.

We also announced the Catalyst Award 2026 – HBLF Business Award for Social Mobility competition, which was discussed by Marianna Kukely and Zoltán Lerch, moderated by Enikő Ujvári. You can read more about the competition here. One of the most moving moments of the evening was the reading of the MáSzínház creative writing group's work, which was followed by dinner and networking.

We would like to thank Eaton for hosting the event and the participants for celebrating with us! Let's continue to build a fair and inclusive business community together in 2026!
