I am supporter of social responsibility and active in several organizations. I am the President of the Hungarian Business Leaders Forum (HBLF), I actively support the European Diversity Charter in Hungary and sponsor the award-winning HBLF international Xmentor programme to support future leaders and female leadership development. I have been ranked by Forbes Hungary among the most influential women in business between 2020-2025.

Why would you like to join the HBLF International X Mentor Programme?

I find it very important to recognize the potential in people. In a selection or appointment decision i do not expect 100% match of the expectations. Knowledge is easy to acquire and competences can be developed. I care about attitude, motivation and values. I assess where they can go, what potential they have. As a leader and mentor, I do a good job if facilitate  the development and help unfolding the talent and potential.

In recent years, I have gained experience in developing a mentoring programmes and I am involved in those as a passionate mentor as well.

Have you had a mentor or have you mentor before? What has it given to you?

I have personally experienced the power of mentoring in my career and received support from great mentors inside my organization and also externally. My mentors have encouraged me to think broader about my career, they have given valuable advise regarding external communication and relationship building and shared their best practices how to balance work & family.
