Introduction

I have more than 20 years of IT/Telco, Finance and SSC HR experience, during which I have worked for international companies such as Vodafone, Citibank, Roche. Currently - as a result of the 3-bank-merger, which is unique in Central and Eastern Europe and Hungary - I am responsible for several HR projects beyond my HR governance and organizatonal communications duties at the HR team of nearly 100 people.
 
In my professional career so far, I have handled many challenges, including the launch of a new SSC at Vodafone, the successful retail business migration at Citibank and Erste Bank, and the development of a new organizational structure, culture and strategic HR at Roche SSC. In addition to my responsibilities at MBH Bank, I participate in several projects: ESG-HR strategy, managing a new HR stream, career coaching, change management, mentoring and last but not least, the implementation of international HR practices.
