Introduction

I have more than 20 years of experience as an HR leader in the automotive, pharmaceutical, aviation, and manufacturing industries. I have gained significant experience leading organizational transformations, growth initiatives, and change management projects. My achievements include reducing employee turnover by 50%, supporting cultural transformations, and implementing innovative HR solutions. As an international coach and mentor, I have also actively supported the development of leaders and high-potential employees throughout my career.

Why would you like to participate in the HBLF International X Mentor Program?

Throughout my career, I have received so much support from leaders, mentors, and colleagues that I feel it is important to pass on my experiences. I have participated in the X Mentor Program both as a mentee and as a mentor, and I have experienced the power of mutual learning and realized that a good mentor can provide not only knowledge but also self-confidence and inspiration. 

Have you ever had a mentor, or have you ever mentored someone? What did that mean to you?

I’ve had several mentors who have had a significant impact on both my professional and personal development. As an HR manager and coach, I’ve also supported colleagues, talented individuals, and leaders in their development. For me, mentoring is about mutual learning, sharing experiences, finding inspiration, and discovering new perspectives.
