Introduction

Currently I`m serving as Head of the Budapest Office and leading the Client Invoicing function. Prior to joining BlackRock in January 2022, I was key contributor to set up and strategic direction of Morgan Stanley's Budapest office and leader of the Finance function. My prior experiences include heading the Management Accounting and Financial Reporting departments of the Central Bank of Hungary, Project lead at the Boston Consulting Group and auditor at Arthur Andersen. I earned an MBA and MA from The Wharton School of Business and The School of Arts and Sciences, University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Temple University. I have been involved with SOS Children's Villages, most recently as the Vice President for SOS International and I`m a member of the board of Hungarian Business Leaders Forum.

Why would you like to join the HBLF International X Mentor Programme?

I believe mentoring benefits both the mentor and the mentee by leveraging the knowledge and experience of someone with a different perspective and more advanced experience. It's an excellent way to accelerate personal development. Mentoring provides a safe space to formulate thoughts and refine ideas, and at its best, it can also be enjoyable.

Have you had a mentor or have you mentor before? What has it given to you?

Yes, I’ve both had a mentor and mentored others. It provided a trusted space to share ideas and gain an objective perspective outside my usual network. These conversations helped clarify goals and priorities, while mentoring strengthened my listening and coaching skills. Overall, it was a valuable two-way learning experience.
