Introduction

I have been a member of the Budapest Bar Association since 1984. After 10 years of private practice I joined Shell Hungary as an external lawyer and later as an employee. During my 30 years with Shell I built and managed a legal department in Hungary, coordinated the work of the lawyers in East-Central Europe and for the last 13 years I have been working internationally supporting the work of various global businesses as Ethics and Compliance Manager.
 
 
I have been involved in a number of international projects, acquisitions and divestments of businesses in Europe, developed global compliance systems with legal implications and a global compliance training programme.
 
In addition to my legal qualifications, I am an EU lawyer and an acquisition lawyer.
 
I have completed a mediator training this year and in the future I would like to work in more depth on alternative dispute resolution, conflict prevention and community mediation.
