Judit Mihalik

Introduction

 Over three decades, organisations of all sizes and activities, working cultures and leadership
 I've seen from the inside. I have worked as a manager in a large corporation,
government, media, theatre and communications agencies. I have worked in
I still do many things: learning, teaching, asking and answering questions. I now work as an independent consultant,
coach and mentor, I advocate living, working, advocating and making a case for

My professional skills are based on my communications degree. I have also studied law,
social sciences, economics and diplomacy, and my doctoral thesis
in management science. I have been studying in higher education for three decades and have been teaching for a few years.
 As a mentor-oriented university lecturer, my aim is to understand more, but mostly
encourage autonomy and humility in the exceptional task of those who will be the leaders of the future.
My current mission is to empower all corporate employees who impact the lives of those they touch
to make available the basic organisational knowledge that is not taught in schools.
