Introduction

As Managing Partner of Andersen Hungary, I have more than 25 years of experience in various areas of tax advisory. I started my professional career at Arthur Andersen in 1997. From 2000, I worked for two years in Croatia, where my main responsibility was the development of Andersen's tax advisory division. In 2002, I joined EY Hungary, where I mainly advised large companies on corporate tax and tax incentives. In 2009, I founded my own consultancy firm, OrienTax, which within a few years has grown to become one of the largest players in the sector behind the BIG4 members. In 2018, OrienTax signed a cooperation agreement with Andersen Global, a US-based international consulting network. The firm became a full member of Andersen on 1 January 2020. Since 2019, I have also been chairing the Tax Committee of the American-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce (AmCham).

Developing a tax incentive scheme to promote film production in Hungary. Thanks largely to this, Hungary is now one of the top 10 film production locations in the world.

Development of a tax and legal consultancy firm. Andersen, formerly a Big 5 consultancy, has now returned to the Hungarian business scene.
