Introduction

I am an internationally accredited executive coach, the CEO of Business Coach Kft and the founding president of the Hungarian chapter of the International Coaching Federation. Together with Nikoletta Benedek, I created the first Hungarian coaching model, DIADAL.
I have coached senior executives of many large Hungarian and foreign companies, such as SPAR, PEPSI, Ericsson, Magyar Telekom, MOL, IBM, Grundfos, Hilti, Suzuki, Morgan Stanley, BMW, FLEX, Hydro, Sanofi, KUKA Robotics, Accenture, etc.

I have published 6 books in Hungarian, 2 in English and my coaching book was the first to be translated into Arabic.

I was selected by Haszon Magazine as one of the 25 most important Hungarian women in 2010.In 2014 I launched the SPARKLE self coaching global CSR program, whose eBook is already translated into 24 languages.

In 2019 I obtained the internationally recognised Master Coach Certificate (MCC) and in 2020 I was awarded the Coach Lifetime Achievement Award by the Hungarian Coaches Association.

In 2022, I launched the National Self-Esteem Boosting Programme, a series of 105 volunteer ambassadors working to bring Hungarian self-confidence levels up to the international average by 2025.
