Introduction

I started my career at MOL Group in various strategic and management positions - CEO, CFO -
positions in Hungary and regional subsidiaries. This experience has contributed to
my knowledge in areas that I have been able to develop in the whole process and in practice
rarely seen in a group of companies (IPO, M&A and integration projects,
etc.).

Since 2011, the MVM Group has been in charge of strategy, business development and services
Since 2011, I have held the position of Deputy CEO for Strategy, Management and Services.
I continued my career as Group Director for Strategy and EU Resources. I founded the
MVM Group's first D&I programme and held a number of senior positions in the Group's
domestic and foreign member companies of the group.

In the autumn of 2023, I joined the ALTEO team, where I am responsible for Corporate Support.

In my work I am always learning new things, and I motivate my peers and my team to do so.
as a former competitive athlete, is of paramount importance to me, but I learn most from my 3 children.
