Introduction

Since August 2022, I have been leading Shell's Central Eastern Europe Fuel Logistics Business, which covers the supply of fuel and the full range of Shell's activities to service stations and partners in 6 countries. Prior to that, I was responsible for an important slice of this activity: my international team ensured the full execution of fuel supply contracts in the same region.

It has been a huge challenge and a great honour for me to move from leading a small international team to leading a larger international community in my current position. I believe that one of the most responsible and important tasks in any business is to manage employees and subordinates in a way that builds mutual trust and humanity.

I graduated from the University of Veszprém in 1997 as an environmental engineer, and in 2005 I obtained an MBA degree from the same university. In 2003 I started working for Shell Hungary Zrt. as a Health, Safety and Environmental Executive (HSSE). I spent more than 10 years in this professional field within Shell in different business segments of fuel logistics. In 2019 I moved from a consulting role to business management, which was one of the best decisions of my life. My husband and I have two children and I feel good that I can focus on my family properly alongside my work.

As a business leader, working safely and in an environmentally responsible way is of paramount importance to me. Our fuel transportation activities are high risk; we are committed to ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with external and Shell internal standards and to protecting the safety of our employees and contractors. Sustainability is a key priority for us; Shell is a global leader in sustainable energy transition, to which we are proud to contribute in our region.
