Introduction

I bring over 15 years of experience in business development and international leadership, primarily in the medical technology sector. Currently, I serve as the Marketing & Sales Director for Philips' Eastern European Healthcare division and lead the Philips organization in Hungary. Since 2006, I’ve held regional leadership roles in different multinational companies (Johnson&Johnson, GE, etc) , driving growth through the launch of innovative product lines, introducing cutting-edge technologies, opening new markets  and streamlining operations to boost efficiency and performance.

I consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals throughout my career. In the post-COVID world, it has become my goal to give back to the community by supporting those at the beginning of their careers in a pro bono way, either personally or by sharing my professional experience. I am passionate about strategy design, developing effective go-to-market approaches, business transformation - including organizational change management and digital transformation - increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening matrix organization operations and cross-cultural collaboration.
