As the Group Exploration Vice President at MOL Group, I lead a team of 90 FTE and 5 direct reports across 3 countries to deliver safe and successful exploration operations. I have over 28 years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on strategic and people leadership. 

My expertise lies in developing high performing teams, managing and enhancing portfolios, identifying and capitalizing on international exploration opportunities, and fostering a culture of delivery, innovation, and collaboration. I am passionate about contributing to the discovery of new energy resources.
