Introduction
During my career of more than 25 years, I gained experience in the energy, automotive and real estate sectors. I started my career at Agip Hungária as a controller. Within the Wallis Group I reached the level of finance manager. I held the position of Finance and Accounting Director at Indotek Group, then worked for more than 10 years as CFO of MOL Group's subsidiaries in Serbia, Russia and Croatia. I led the Asset Management Directorate of the MVM Group for nearly 5 years, founded MVM Property Management Ltd., and took over the management of MVM Services Zrt. in October 2023. In parallel, I hold the position of CFO Serbhungas and lead the Women in MVM programme.
I am a leader who always thinks in teams, a "solver person" who loves challenges and finds tasks.

Have you had a mentor or have you mentor before? What has it given to you?
As a mentor, I received a lot of help in navigating the large multinational organization, and as a mentor I tried to pass on my experiences so far. I learned something new from each of my mentees, encountered all kinds of personalities, and even got insights into a new industry.
