Introduction

I am an executive in the energy sector with over a decade of experience; I currently serve as Director of Energy Management at the MVM Group. My work focuses on the comprehensive management of meter-to-cash processes, the handling of large volumes of energy data, and the implementation of complex organizational and IT transformation programs.

As a leader, I am responsible for the operations of an organization of several hundred people, while actively steering initiatives related to digitalization, process improvement, and regulatory compliance. My most significant professional achievements include leading industry transformations and operational restructuring, substantially improving data quality and operational efficiency, and building and developing stable, collaborative teams of experts.

Why would you like to join the HBLF International X Mentor Programme?

For me, mentoring is a two-way street. When open-minded people talk, both sides always come away with something.

Have you had a mentor or have you mentor before? What has it given to you? 

Throughout my career, I’ve often had colleagues with whom I not only worked but also shared ideas. These people have meant a lot to me, and I’d like to pass that on to others.
