Introduction

It looks frightening to see in written, but it's been 25 years I've been working in the HR field. Looking back at my career, I can admit that some of the tasks were difficult or stressful, but I could learn a lot from every one of them.

My career spans from the banking industry to manufacturing and from local to European-level scope. Just to highlight some companies I worked with, I would mention UniCredit Bank, where I started as an entry-level HR guy. I also tried myself briefly in the public sector by starting and building the Budapest Közlekedési Központ. But considering myself a multinational person, I quickly moved to GrandVision and later Schneider Electric. Here I had the opportunity to work with manufacturing sites all over Europe. I've been working at Eaton since September 2023 and am responsible for our BSC and manufacturing site in Győr, altogether 1,300 employees.

I'm a true lifelong learner, because after the University of Szent István in Hungary, I spent 2 years at IUPUI University in Indianapolis, IN, USA. Then with an interesting twist, and because of the influence of my colleagues at GrandVision, I finished an optical school. I also completed the Workplace Mental Health studies at SOTE.
