Introduction

As Chief People Officer of Magyar Telekom since March 1, 2024, I have been implementing a business-oriented, data-driven and at the same time highly people-centric HR with my colleagues. My responsibilities include the entire HR, PR and Communications and Transformation area. As part of a six-person senior management team, I work closely with other Chief level managers, strengthening cross-functional collaboration in an agile organisation. I have been working as a senior manager in HR for almost 10 years, before Telekom at CIB Bank, where I was responsible for project management and process management in addition to HR. All of these require a comprehensive, company-wide approach and contribute to my team's ability to make a big impact on the company's operations and performance.

Previously at McKinsey, I led projects as a business consultant for more than 10 years for some of the largest companies in Central and Eastern Europe on a variety of topics ranging from strategy development, sales promotion and efficiency improvement to several HR-related projects. I have had the opportunity to get to know several large companies in different industries in several countries and to work with their senior managers from the beginning of my career, from which I have learned a lot. My strategic thinking, analytical, fact-based approach and structured problem-solving have been strengthened as a McKinsey consultant. I became a leader at McKinsey, and I have loved being a leader ever since, because I can make a real impact with a team and contribute to the development and fulfilment of my colleagues. At Telekom, I now lead a team of 150 people.

After consulting, I represented the ownership side at Oriens private equity, where I shaped the strategy, processes and organisation of mid-sized companies in Central and Eastern Europe to increase shareholder value. In addition to multi large companies, it was also useful to learn about the world of medium-sized, locally founded companies.

I studied at the Corvinus University of Budapest and then obtained an MBA from the Kellogg School Of Management in the USA.
