In addition to clarifying important concepts and providing a legal framework, the document, drafted by compliance experts, describes the specific circumstances of the topic (distinguishing between actual, potential and perceived conflict of interest circumstances) and provides guidance on the recommended content of a corporate conflict of interest policy.
