HBLF Women On Board

The HBLF is launching the HBLF Women on Board ˝CEOs for Balance˝ programme with the top 12 CEOs of twelve companies, with the aim of reaching the EU average of 33% of women decision-makers in Hungary, currently at 10.5%.

In the HBLF initiative, launched on 7 March, six female and six male CEOs will start a joint collaboration and dialogue to see if they face similar professional problems regardless of gender. The participating pairs come from different sectors of business and will have the opportunity to learn from each other during their year-long collaboration, including by attending conferences together or even actively participating in each other's meetings.
In addition to education, the participating pairs can initiate a public dialogue to ensure that the composition of our society (in terms of gender, age, experience, nationality) is reflected in the boards.

On March 7, 2023, at the Paris Court, we presented the 12 CEOs who will support the HBLF initiative as ambassadors for the cause.
HBLF is the official diversity representative of the EU in Hungary. To achieve the EU's plans, HBLF is already offering a concrete solution through its XMENTOR Programme, a training programme for women leaders that has been working well for many years.
