In February 2007, HBLF and IBM Hungary jointly launched the ROMASTER talent development program, followed by the establishment of the Romaster Foundation in 2010, which has been operating successfully ever since. To date, more than 300 students have participated in the program. Our goal is to enable as many young people from the Roma community as possible to gain competitive knowledge, higher education qualifications, and adequate language skills, so they can enter the labor market on equal terms or become active participants in the competitive market through their own enterprises.
