Uplifting, valuable, inspiring – these are some of the words our guests used to describe the first HBLF coEFFICIENT Festival, held on May 22, 2025, where more than 200 participants, 30+ leading companies and numerous professional decision-makers gathered to shape the future of the world of work together. The event focused on the ‘Social’ aspect of ESG – diversity, fairness, equal opportunities and social responsibility. Inspiring presentations, interactive workshops and panel discussions covered important topics such as the role of faith and values in the workplace, neurodiversity, Roma integration, intergenerational cooperation and the impact of leadership values on organisational culture.
