The Equitable Workplace Award is based on an objective, measurable set of criteria that looks at the dimensions of diversity, inclusion and equity. Among other things, they analyse gender balance at organisational levels, pay gaps and the conscious steps the company is taking to improve equity and succession planning, with a particular focus on the promotion of women managers.
The awards ceremony took place on 22 May 2025 as part of the coEfficient Festival, initiated by the HBLF and joined by more than 30 national and international companies. The event was hosted at the Bosch Innovation Centre in Budapest and was itself dedicated to creating an equitable, inclusive and sustainable workplace culture - with over 200 participants.
