Our joint business breakfast was held amid great interest, where we discussed the topic of wage transparency not only from a theoretical perspective, but also from a practical one. One of the most important messages of the morning was that wage transparency is not just an HR issue, but a strategic management decision that affects all organizations—not just those with more than 100 employees.

Istenesné Solti Andrea, HBLF president's welcome speech was followed by presentations and a panel discussion, during which participants agreed that:
🔸 A clear wage system, understandable definitions, and transparent rights reduce fluctuation and the number of conflicts.

🔸 Well-chosen communication is key—objective measurement of performance and alignment with compensation communication are essential to maintaining motivation.

🔸 The basis for success is personal communication based on dialogue and cooperation with interest groups.
