The HBLF is launching the HBLF Women on Board ˝CEOs for balance˝ programme with the top 12 CEOs of twelve companies, with the aim of reaching the EU average of 33% of women decision-makers in Hungary, currently at 10.5%.
In the HBLF initiative, six female and six male CEOs will start a joint collaboration and dialogue to see if they face similar professional problems, regardless of gender. The participating pairs come from different sectors of business, and during their year-long collaboration they will have the opportunity to learn from each other, including by appearing together at conferences or even actively participating in each other´s meetings.
In addition, to education, the participating pairs can initiate a public dialogue to ensure that the composition of our society (in terms of gender, age, experience, nationality) is reflected in the boards.
