International X Mentor Programme

The HBLF International X Mentor Programme is back for its 9th season with an experienced team of mentors for business leaders, young professionals and entrepreneurs looking to grow. The mentors include C-suite and Forbes-listed executives from major corporations, who will support their mentees for a year in a tailor-made, multi-award-winning international programme.
 
WHO IS THIS PROGRAMME FOR?

Our mentoring programme connects the next generation of leaders with senior, international and local decision-makers to provide participants with honest, personalised advice and valuable feedback.

X Mentor participants build a community around shared values such as ethical leadership, sustainable development and equal opportunities, because they believe that the future belongs to everyone.

Our programme was launched in 2017 and is open to all professionals who want to grow, regardless of sector or profession - whether for profit or not-for-profit.
 
WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAMME PROVIDE?

• Access to more than 50 experienced senior executive mentors.
• You can also meet mentors in person before the programme starts with a speed dating session. After the meeting, HBLF will select your mentor from the top 5 most attractive leaders you have identified, based on the goals you set when you applied and a number of other criteria.
• Structured coaching for both mentors and mentees. Online workshops to help you get the most out of the programme.
• One-year mentoring in Hungarian or English. A minimum of 10 meetings gives you the opportunity to get personalised feedback, advice from your mentor, step out of your comfort zone and learn from people in other sectors.
• Workshops on career building topics such as self-confidence development, self-branding.
• Mentee consultation opportunities with HBLF X MENTOR advisory board members.
