HBLF and Diversity Charter Hungary organized a business breakfast entitled "One Workplace, Many Stories," hosted by Schneider Electric.
The event began with three inspiring roundtable discussions:
👶 Parenthood and the workplace: Generational challenges and HR responses with Zsolt Czibere (bp) and Anna Korsós (Diageo); moderated by Réka Talmácsi-Velősy (Bosch Hungary).
🤝 Partnerships for inclusion with Emőke Both (Bagázs Nonprofit Association), Zsófi Makádi (HBLF-Romaster Foundation), Gábor László (Tesco Academy Training and Development Ltd.) and Ágota Scharle (Budapest Institute for Policy Analysis); moderated by Judit Ignácz (Sheja Consulting).
👥 Working Group Discussion on Intergenerational Cooperation with Csengé Tassonyi (The Good Persona), Mónika Rodák (Schneider Electric) and Bence Vincze (Leo Hospitality Management Kft.); moderated by Dániel Waliduda (BlackRock).
The event continued with the opportunity to delve deeper into each topic in a more interactive format:

The professional program ended with a joint lunch and networking session – it was a great experience to be inspired by good practices and to brainstorm with our committed member organizations and the interested companies they invited.
