On Wednesday evening, the Átrium Film-Színház cinema was packed for a special and candid event organized jointly by the HBLF and the ConflictNight. The roundtable discussion on the challenges of leadership, burnout, and exit strategies, followed by an improvisational performance, was both liberating and thought-provoking.
The moderator of the evening, Csaba Azurák, talked with HBLF board members and mentors—Borbála Czakó, Zsolt Jamniczky, Balázs Lóránd, and Rozália Miklós—about how they deal with stress and what they think about the loneliness of leadership. The participants spoke openly about their experiences and, through their personal examples and stories, gave insight into the external and internal support systems that help them as leaders.
In the second act, actors from the Itt és Most Társulat theater company presented typical situations in the form of humorous, exaggerated scenes. The improvisations were evaluated by experts—Ágnes Bolevácz, Zsolt Jamniczky, and Csaba Azurák—under the guidance of game master Tamás Barathi.
We would like to thank the HBLF's invited guests for joining us and our leadership community for working together to build spaces where unspoken dilemmas can be voiced.
