We had the privilege of hosting our latest hashtagHBLF HARD TALK with H.M.A. Justin McKenzie Smith, the newly appointed British Ambassador to Hungary, interviewed by Ambassador Borbála Czakó, Honorary President of hashtagHBLF.
It was an inspiring and thought‑provoking conversation: the Ambassador addressed the hard questions with openness and clarity, making the dialogue both insightful and engaging. We touched on his professional career, first impressions of Budapest, and his earlier posting in Tbilisi, as well as key issues such as UK–Hungary relations, Brexit, NATO, and the challenges of regional stability. The professional moderation by Ambassador Borbála Czakó ensured a dynamic exchange that resonated with all participants.
