Yesterday, the HBLF HR Working Group was once again filled to capacity as we discussed one of our most topical and popular autumn topics: the domestic and international salary market situation.

Special thanks to Zsolt Ebergényi, Client Director at Korn Ferry, who shared with us the latest results of Korn Ferry's 2025 wage market survey and current trends. We gained valuable insights, as we heard the latest analyses and typical practices first-hand!

We are grateful to ACG Agency for their hospitality—not only the professional content, but also the Halloween decorations and atmosphere ensured that the morning was truly memorable.
