At this year’s first HBLF HR Workshop, we explored the most pressing issues at the intersection of HR and AI. During the HR x AI workshop discussion, we focused on how artificial intelligence is transforming HR’s decisions, responsibilities, and strategic role—moving beyond tool demonstrations toward genuine organizational value creation.
Following the opening remarks by Ibolya Gothárdi (HBLF HR Workshop Leader) and the inspiring introduction by Attila Bokor (OD Partner), Tamás Szegedi (Telekom HU) and Imre Branyiczki (EPAM Systems) presented the dilemmas, risks, and opportunities of AI implementation through their own corporate experiences. Together with the participants, we discussed the conditions under which AI can truly become a strategic partner for HR, and where human judgment, awareness, and new professional competencies are needed. The professional dialogue concluded with informal networking.
