Our Mission:

The HBLF HR Workshop is driven by shaping the workplace of the future: we inspire the Hungarian HR community with our innovative thinking, our commitment to a sustainable organisational culture and our cross-industry leadership experience. Not only HR professionals, but also leaders of our member companies can open up new horizons with us - be it talent management, career path design, the vital collaboration of generations, or the role of AI in the future of HR. Our workshop brings fresh perspectives in the areas of HR analytics, employee experience, wellbeing, mental health, and ethical and effective design of AI-human collaboration or "quiet cracking".

We aim to empower member companies with best practices, active workshops and interactive events, and together we shape the future of sustainable, innovative organisations in Hungary.

The latest HBLF HR Workshop focused on domestic and international wage market trends, attracting considerable interest. Zsolt Ebergényi presented valuable data and practical experiences from Korn Ferry´s latest 2025 survey. The event was hosted by ACG Agency.

Past activities

2025

In 2025, HR leaders from HBLF member companies met for a total of seven working group sessions. The focus topics were: digital adaptation and organizational evolution, HR in the Age of AI, mental well-being and performance, self-awareness development – Points of You, AI and strategic transformation, 2025 wage market trends, and psychological safety in the workplace.

Over the course of the year, HR leaders from HBLF member companies participated in five working group meetings, with key topics including labor market trends, the Human Capital Trend, and the HBLF Home Office Survey.
